The olive groves of Villa Angarano are centuries-old plants that grow along the fertile shore of the river Brenta on hilly terrain with exposure to east. The temperature range with the constant fresh breeze from the Valsugana valley and the alluvial soil have always favored this crop.

PRODUCTION
The varieties of olives are Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino.
The olives are hand-picked and carefully defoliated.
The cold pressing takes place within 48 hours from the harvest.
